I implore you to use them.  Click on the form listed below to open it.  You may then print the form.  You can send out the Appeal Letter via e-mail, snail mail, or whatever other means you may think of.  It is important to personalize it, and be sure to mention that this is a group with which you have a personal connection.  Tell them that you have worked on a show, helped with management, had a family member involved with us, or even that you have been a long time supporter of our fine work; any that apply.  You should also click on Membership and Donation Form and include that with your letter you give to people, so that they can fill it out and send in a donation.  The other links are for flyers you can print and hand out, put out on display, etc.  The Group Flyer should accompany the Group Information and Form as a set.  The Advertising Contract is for anyone who would like to take out an ad in the Charlie Brown program.
