Everyone must fill out an AUDITION FORM, and list all conflicts on a CONFLICT CALENDAR.  Click on the icon of the form you wish to open or print.  Forms will also be available at the auditions.

These completed forms must be brought with you to the audition, along with your Headshot, Resume, and anything necessary to demonstrate a vaudeville talent, if you have one you would like to show to us. (Juggling, Spinning Plates, Tap Dancing, etc.)

CONFLICT CALENDAR

Please print out the above file and write ANY and ALL known conflicts on the corresponding date on the calendar.  INCLUDE BOTH DAYTIME AND EVENING CONFLICTS FOR BOTH WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS.  

This is just a calendar of probably dates we could have rehearsals.  Although we plan on only rehearsing mainly Sunday through Thursday evenings, until we get to just before Tech Week, there maybe times when everyone's availability dictates that we rehearse on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon rather than, perhaps, A Thursday evening on a particular week.  We will not be able to make a specific rehearsal schedule, until we have looked through the conflict calendars of those we have cast.

Listed on this calendar are the probably and possible dates we may be holding a rehearsal.  Remember that, depending on the role in which you may be cast,  you probably won't be called for every rehearsal.  Your accuracy in listing your conflicts on this calendar will go a long way to proper scheduling.
